AJAMAX+

The project

AJAMAX+ is a new streaming service from AJAMAX Productions, bringing more than 1,100 independent films, documentaries and dramas to subscribers’ TVs, laptops, tablets and phones.

Jamie designed it to feel like a night at the cinema rather than a catalogue. A deep black interface, a gold accent and full-bleed key art put the films first, from the featured AJAMAX Original, The Boxer from Somewhere Else: The Ken Buchanan Story, to a numbered Trending row. The home page then answers what a new subscriber needs to know: where they can watch, profiles for the whole family, the three plans and a short set of questions and answers.

Around the sign-up flow sit pages for supported devices, the help centre, and filmmakers and partners who want to bring their work to the platform. The service is in development ahead of launch.
